The role
This is a permanent, full-time lawyer role within the Projects & Development team in Perth. The role focuses on advising on leading mining, oil & gas, and energy transactions and projects in Australia and internationally, suitable for lawyers with demonstrated experience in these sectors.
What you'll do
Advise on acquisitions and divestments in the mining and oil & gas sectors
Advise on project development and expansions in the mining, oil & gas and energy sectors, including renewables transactions
Advise on regulatory matters involving mining and oil & gas operations and the generation, transmission, distribution and supply of electricity and gas
Advise on joint ventures, JOAs, shareholders agreements and partnership structures
Advise on Minerals and gas sales and transportation agreements, including LNG sales agreements and trading
Advise on power purchase agreements
Deliver client work on market-leading projects and transactions
Work with the team to identify and win new work opportunities
