The role
This is a permanent, full-time Associate role within the Funds, Superannuation & Financial Services (FSF) team at Allens. The role is for a superannuation and financial services specialist looking to gain exposure to complex regulatory and advisory work, particularly advising superannuation funds on regulatory change, investigations, mergers, and broader compliance needs.
What you'll do
Advise superannuation funds on major regulatory change projects
Assist superannuation and other financial services clients on their response to a wide variety of regulatory investigations and prosecutions, including significant APRA and ASIC proceedings
Advise on large complex superannuation fund mergers
Advise superannuation and other financial services clients in relation to their broader regulatory needs, including superannuation and investment regulatory requirements and the licensing, disclosure and compliance requirements of the Australian financial services regime
What we're looking for
