The role
Our Melbourne Disputes & Investigations practice is expanding and seeking experienced Associates or Senior Associates. You will join a team of experts assisting clients with complex dispute and investigation matters within a collaborative environment.
What you'll do
Advise clients on commercial and contractual disputes
Advise clients on class actions
Advise clients on regulatory inquiries and investigations
Advise clients on corporate crime
Advise clients on Royal Commissions / Commissions of Inquiry/coronial inquests
Advise clients on risk and compliance advisory
Advise clients on taxation disputes & investigations
Advise clients on projects disputes
Advise clients on product liability and product recall
Advise clients on insurance claims and advisory
Advise clients on arbitration
Advise clients on internal investigations
What we're looking for
