The role
Our Chambers Band 1 Corporate M&A and Capital Markets practice is expanding and recruiting a high-calibre Associate or Senior Associate to join our Sydney team. This role is for somebody looking to work in a collaborative and high performing environment, advising on complex and large market deals.
What you'll do
Advise on public and private M&A
Advise on equity capital markets
Advise on corporate advisory and governance work
Participate in business development activities, such as pitch documents, firm-wide pursuits, article writing, attending industry events and hosting seminars
Develop others through mentoring and sharing experiences and networks
What we're looking for
