The role
Our Chambers Band 1 Corporate M&A and Capital Markets practice is expanding and seeks a high-calibre Senior Associate for its Brisbane team. This role is for an experienced corporate lawyer looking to advise on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, with a focus on energy, resources, and critical minerals sectors.
What you'll do
Advise on M&A and joint ventures in the mining and oil and gas sectors
Advise on critical minerals transactions, including M&A, royalties and supporting financing
Advise on private and public M&A across the broader resources and energy sectors
Advise on energy and resources project development and operations
Advise clients on contracts and regulatory arrangements for energy and resources projects
