The role
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a lawyer to join the Real Estate and Development team at a reputable law firm in Brisbane. The role involves advising clients on complex transactions related to commercial development, urban renewal, infrastructure projects, acquisitions, disposals, and leasing.
What you'll do
Advise clients on significant commercial development, urban renewal and infrastructure projects
Advise clients on acquisitions and disposals of assets of all types of property classes
Advise clients on sale and leaseback transactions
Advise clients on tourist resorts and mixed-use developments and operation
Advise clients on joint venture and co-ownership arrangements
Advise clients on leasing and lease negotiation
Advise clients on real estate aspects of M&A transactions
Advise clients on general real estate issues such as subdivisions, enforcement of securities and financing
