The role
Paul Hastings is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Private Funds Associate for their Investment Funds & Private Capital Group. This role focuses on advising clients on the formation, structuring, and capital raising for funds in private equity, real estate, and credit. The position is open to candidates with 4-8 years of experience.
What we're looking for
4-8 years of experience in fund formation
Experience in the formation of funds focused on investment in private equity, real estate, credit and/or other illiquid asset classes
Focus on advising clients on all aspects of fund formation, fund structuring, capital raising and related legal issues
Outstanding academic credentials
Law firm experience
Admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where hired
Benefits
Salary range of $310,000 to $435,000 annually
