Paul Hastings is seeking a 1st-4th Year Antitrust Litigation Associate to join its practice group in Washington D.C., Los Angeles, San Francisco or New York. The role will focus on antitrust and competition matters, including government investigations and civil litigation.
What we're looking for
1-4 years of experience
Experience in antitrust and competition law
Experience in government and internal investigations
Experience in government enforcement actions
Experience in civil antitrust litigation, including handling discovery, drafting pretrial motions, and managing complex cases
Experience representing clients in state and federal court
Experience representing clients before enforcement authorities such as the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission
Admitted (or eligible to be admitted) to the Bar in the jurisdiction in which they are located
Prior federal clerkship experience· nice to have
Background in economics or related subjects· nice to have
Benefits
Salary range of $225,000 - $310,000 annually
