Paul Hastings is seeking an Antitrust Litigation Associate with 6-8 years of experience to join its nationally-recognized Antitrust and Competition practice group. This role will focus on antitrust and competition law, including government investigations, enforcement actions, and civil litigation, representing clients in federal and state courts. The position can be based in Washington D.C., Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York.
What we're looking for
6-8 years of experience
Experience in antitrust and competition law, government and internal investigations, and government enforcement actions
Experience in civil antitrust litigation, including handling discovery, drafting pretrial motions, and managing complex cases
Experience representing clients in state and federal court as well as enforcement authorities such as the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission
Admitted to (or eligible to be admitted to) the Bar in the jurisdiction in which they are located
Prior federal clerkship experience· nice to have
Background in economics or related subjects· nice to have
Benefits
Salary range of $390,000 - $435,000 annually
