The role
Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking a Junior or Mid-Level Associate for its Finance Practice in New York. This role will focus on private equity debt finance transactions, particularly acquisition financing, for sponsors and borrowers.
What we're looking for
2-5 years of experience in private equity debt finance transactions
Focus on acquisition financing
Familiarity with market terms in debt finance
Ability to manage complex transactions
Admitted to the New York, D.C. or California Bar
Excellent credentials
Experience on the lender side of debt finance transactions· nice to have
Benefits
Base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year
