The role

The firm is seeking a Special Counsel for its high-performing M&A practice group, focusing on superannuation, financial services, and funds management. This senior role is for an experienced financial services lawyer who will work closely with Partners Nathan Hodge and Sarah Yu, take a leadership role in complex matters, and contribute to client relationship development and practice growth.
