The role

This role is for a Senior Associate in the Projects team in the Perth office, supporting Katherine Vines. The position focuses on providing advice on front-end construction and infrastructure development matters, including contract preparation, negotiation, and dispute resolution for government, energy, resources, mining, and real estate clients.

What you'll do

• Providing advice on a diverse range of matters, predominately in front end construction and infrastructure development
• Advising on all facets of project development and delivery from contract preparation and review
• Negotiation of contractual arrangements
• Management and resolution of claims in the delivery phase
• Responsible for varied and challenging complex legal work
