The role
Paul Hastings is seeking a Borrower-Side Finance Mid-Level Associate for its Private Equity & Corporate Finance team in New York, Boston, or Chicago. This role is for associates with 3+ years of experience in executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements for sophisticated private equity firms and public and private companies.
