The role
Paul Hastings is seeking a Structured Credit CLO Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join their Finance practice group in New York, Washington D.C., or Los Angeles. This role is for attorneys with CLO experience who will be key members of deal teams in a leading structured finance practice.
