The role
Paul Hastings is seeking experienced Associates (2-6 PQE) to join their Structured Credit CLO team in New York. This role is for lawyers with CLO experience who want to be key members of deal teams in a leading structured finance practice, handling CLOs, other securitization transactions, and sophisticated finance matters for top-tier clients.
