The role
Paul Hastings is seeking an Asset-Backed Finance Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their Finance practice in Washington D.C. This role focuses on advising clients on asset-backed finance and debt finance transactions.
What we're looking for
3-6 years of experience
Experience advising in connection with asset-backed finance transactions or asset-based lending
Participated in advising borrowers and lenders in all aspects of structured finance offerings or debt finance transactions
Admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired
Experience drafting and leading on negotiations of credit agreements (particularly with respect to warehouse credit facilities)· nice to have
Benefits
Salary range of $260,000 - $390,000 annually
