The role
Paul Hastings is seeking a 2nd-5th Year Corporate Associate for its Chambers USA Band 1 Global Fintech practice in San Francisco or Palo Alto. The role will focus on representing companies and investors in the digital asset/blockchain space, including venture financings, corporate transactions, token offerings, and securities law matters.
