Draft and negotiate loan agreements
Draft and negotiate security documents
Draft and negotiate intercreditor agreements
Draft and negotiate related transactional documents
Manage due diligence
Lead execution of transactions

What we're looking for

Senior associate level with 7+ years of experience

Sponsor-side experience across a wide range of financing and securities transactions

Experience drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and related transactional documents

Experience managing due diligence

Experience leading execution of transactions

Strong academic credentials

Prior experience at a top-tier large New York firm
