The role
Milbank LLP is seeking a Special Counsel or Senior Associate for its Los Angeles office to focus on Global Project, Energy, and Infrastructure Finance. This role requires at least 6 years of PQE and involves advising on complex structured financial transactions within the energy sector.
What we're looking for
Experience advising on complex structured financial transactions for energy project developers, investors, and lenders
Extensive experience in renewable project finance
Experience in tax credit monetization
Experience in energy transition transactions
Proven track record of leading sophisticated transactions at a top-tier law firm or in-house
Strong academic credentials
Deep industry knowledge in natural resources and infrastructure
Business acumen
Client development experience
Ability to mentor junior lawyers
