The role
Kirkland & Ellis is seeking a Real Estate (Finance) Associate with 3-7 years of experience for its Chicago office. This role focuses on complex commercial real estate debt financing transactions within the firm's Real Estate practice group.
What we're looking for
3-7 years of experience at a top tier firm
Focusing on substantive commercial real estate debt financing transactions
Experience with mortgage and mezzanine financings
Experience with preferred equity investments
Experience with permanent and bridge loan originations
Experience with construction loans
Experience with loan participations, syndications (including loan sales)
Experience with other co-lender and intercreditor arrangements
Experience with workouts and restructurings
