The role
Kirkland & Ellis is seeking a Debt Finance Associate with 3-6 years of PQE to join its market-leading Finance Practice Group in Boston. The role will focus on structuring, documenting, and negotiating various financing transactions.

What we're looking for
3-6 years of experience in structuring, documenting and negotiating secured and unsecured financing transactions
Experience with senior secured, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions
Experience with acquisition financings
Experience with loan workouts and restructurings
Experience with debtor-in-possession financings
Leveraged finance experience is preferred
Experience in the context of mergers and acquisitions is preferred
