The role
Kirkland & Ellis is seeking a Debt Finance Associate with 2-6 years of experience, specializing in Energy & Infrastructure finance, for its Washington D.C. and New York offices. This role is for an attorney with experience in drafting and negotiating financing documents for domestic and international debt finance deals.
What you'll do
- Draft and negotiate financing documents for domestic and/or international debt finance deals
- Review and draft commercial (project) documents
What we're looking for
