Debt Finance (Energy & Infrastructure) Associate

The role

Kirkland & Ellis is seeking a Debt Finance Associate with 2-6 years of PQE, focusing on the energy and infrastructure sectors in their New York or Washington D.C. offices. This role is for attorneys with experience in drafting and negotiating financing documents for debt finance deals, particularly within the energy and infrastructure space.

What you'll do

• Advise globally on the financing, acquisition, and development of projects in the renewable sector, oil and gas, conventional power, and digital infrastructure
• Provide integrated and innovative services and market intelligence to clients including private equity funds, their portfolio companies, strategic investors, project developers, commercial banks, institutional investors, and direct lenders
