The role
Kirkland & Ellis LLP is seeking a Real Estate (Finance) Associate with 3-7 years of experience for its Miami office. This role will focus on complex commercial real estate debt financing transactions within the firm's Finance and Real Estate practice areas.

Experience with permanent and bridge loan originations
Experience with construction loans
Experience with loan participations

Experience with co-lender and intercreditor arrangements
Experience with workouts and restructurings
