The role
Kirkland & Ellis LLP is seeking Debt Finance Associates with 2-6 years of experience to join its market-leading practice group in Los Angeles, the Bay Area, or Salt Lake City. This role focuses on representing private equity funds and other corporate borrowers in complex debt capital markets transactions.

What we're looking for

Experience with senior secured, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions

Experience with loan workouts
Leveraged finance experience
Experience in the context of mergers and acquisitions
