Investment Funds Associate

The role

Kirkland & Ellis is seeking Investment Funds Associates with 2-6 years of experience for its Los Angeles office. This role focuses on representing private equity firms and asset managers in fund formation, GP stakes sales, secondary transactions, and other corporate transactional matters within the Funds and Regulatory practice areas.

What you'll do

• Represent private equity firms and other asset managers in the formation of their funds
• Represent clients in GP stakes sales
• Represent clients in secondary transactions
• Handle a range of other corporate transactional matters
