Gilbert + Tobin is seeking an experienced IP Lawyer with 5-7 years of PQE to join their leading IP team in Sydney. This role focuses on advising and acting in a range of IP disputes, including copyright, patent, trade mark, and design matters, and offers exposure to high-profile litigation and commercial advisory work.
What you'll do
- Advise and act in copyright, patent, trade mark and design disputes
- Work on Federal Court and High Court proceedings
- Partner with clients ranging from innovative startups to global financial institutions and industry leaders in tech, life sciences, media and FMCG
What we're looking for
5-7 PQE lawyer
Experience in Litigation and/or Intellectual Property
Experience working with clients who are on the forefront of change and transformation
Interested in innovative, market-moving clients, including science, technology, and media
Academically strong, ideally with a science or technical background, although not essential
