Senior Associate - Dispute Resolution - Dubai - Fixed Term Contract

The role

CMS is seeking an experienced Senior Associate with at least 8 years of PQE to join its Dispute Resolution team in Dubai for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for a commercial litigation and arbitration lawyer to manage substantial disputes and advise clients on dispute resolution matters.

What you'll do

• Provide in-depth case analysis and briefings to partners and the wider team
• Manage substantial disputes under minimal partner supervision
• Advise clients on dispute resolution matters, from initial strategy through to resolution
• Draft and review legal advice, correspondence, and other dispute-related documentation
• Work closely with partners and colleagues to develop practical strategies for clients
• Communicate directly with clients and other parties involved in matters
• Supervise and support junior lawyers where appropriate
