Litigation Executive/Qualified Solicitor, Fraud

The role

Kennedys is seeking a Litigation Executive or Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years of experience in UK fraud litigation to join their Manchester office. This role focuses on managing a caseload of motor fraud claims, analyzing evidence, and developing defence strategies within the firm's Litigation practice.

What you'll do

• Manage a diverse caseload of suspected fraudulent motor claims from initial instruction through to final resolution
• Analyse complex evidence and identify fraud indicators
• Draft persuasive legal arguments
• Work closely with clients, insurers, and counsel to develop effective defence strategies
• Attend hearings
• Negotiate settlements where appropriate
• Provide clear, commercially focused advice
• Conduct detailed investigations into suspected fraudulent activity
• Gather and assess evidence
• Prepare comprehensive reports
• Collaborate closely with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure claims are handled efficiently and effectively
• Work alongside legal and forensic experts to build robust cases
• Participate in court proceedings
