The role

DWF is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate with 5-9 years of call to join their Toronto office. This role is for an experienced lawyer interested in insurance defence and civil litigation, offering opportunities for mentorship, client exposure, and career development within a leading litigation team.

What you'll do

• Manage and contribute to a variety of insurance defence and civil litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, briefs, opinions and other litigation materials
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations
• Conduct Examinations for Discovery, mediations, motions and trials
• Contribute to the strategic management of complex and high-profile matters
• Deliver exceptional client service standards through effective communication and file management
• Participate in professional development and business development activities that support practice growth
