Cooley is seeking 2L students (JD 2029) for a Summer Associate position in their Mergers & Acquisitions practice in San Diego for Summer 2028. This role is for aspiring M&A and Private Equity lawyers interested in gaining hands-on experience in sophisticated transactions.
