Cooley is seeking second-year law students (2L) for its 2028 Summer Associate program in Mergers & Acquisitions. This role is based in Washington D.C. and offers aspiring M&A and Private Equity lawyers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sophisticated transactions within a nationally recognized corporate practice.

- Participate in a broad-based M&A experience with exposure to both strategic M&A and private equity transactions
- Engage in hands-on training

- Gain meaningful involvement in sophisticated client matters

Benefits
