The role

Russell McVeagh is seeking a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor with 3+ years of experience in M&A to join their Corporate Advisory team in Auckland, New Zealand. This role offers exposure to complex transactions and the opportunity to work within a high-performing, supportive team.

What you'll do

• Work across a broad range of corporate and commercial issues, from complex transactions and business-critical projects through to governance, regulatory, and general advisory work
• Work across a number of different partners
• Get exposure to some of the most interesting and complex work in New Zealand
