The role

Chapman Tripp is seeking a Financial Services Lawyer with 10+ years of PQE in Wellington, New Zealand. This role is within the firm's Regulatory practice and will involve advising a range of financial and corporate clients on various financial services laws.

What you'll do

Advise innovative fintechs and traditional players in the sector on topical regulatory issues
Advise on the financial services regulatory aspects of high-profile transactions in the financial services sector
Advise banks, insurers, KiwiSaver and other managed investment schemes, financial advisers, payment service providers, investment platforms and derivatives issuers on the development of new financial products and services
Contribute to the team's thought leadership and market commentary
