The role
Milbank LLP is hiring a Litigation Associate for its New York office. This role is for attorneys with clerkship experience seeking to practice litigation at a major law firm.

A state clerkship with the state's highest court is strongly preferred· nice to have
Currently completing a qualifying clerkship· nice to have
Previously completed a qualifying clerkship and have since gained experience at a law firm· nice to have
