The role
Simpson Grierson is seeking a Senior Solicitor/Senior Associate with 5+ years of PQE for their Corporate/Commercial team in M&A. This role offers the opportunity to work on significant national and international transactions from Christchurch, Auckland, or Wellington, closely supporting partner Catherine Shipton.

What we're looking for
5+ years' PQE
Transactional corporate/commercial law background
Confidence to manage matters and client relationships
Sound judgement and practical, commercial approach

Pragmatic and focused on excellent client service
Collaborative and team-oriented
Experience in infrastructure or energy· nice to have
