The role
Sparke Helmore is seeking a Paralegal for their Statutory Lines Insurance team in Perth. This role is for a current 3rd or 4th year law student with prior paralegal experience to assist senior lawyers with litigation and dispute resolution matters.
What you'll do
- Assist senior lawyers with investigations into matters
- Liaise with key stakeholders
- Draft submissions
- Undertake key stages in formal litigation
- File management
- Matter progression
What we're looking for

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently
Ability to contribute effectively to a collaborative team
