The role
Wilson Sonsini is seeking an Emerging Companies Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Palo Alto/San Francisco team. This role will focus on M&A and other strategic transactions for early- and growth-stage companies, from seed stage through pre-IPO.

- Run deals
- Manage client relationships
- Mentor junior associates
- Advise founders and boards through inflection points
What we're looking for

Salary range of $260,000 – $390,000
