The role

This is an Associate Lawyer role within Gadens' Real Estate team in Melbourne. The position is for a lawyer with 2-4 years of experience, focusing on a broad range of property and leasing matters.

What we're looking for

2-4 years of experience with a property background

Experience working across a broad range of leasing matters

Exceptional drafting skills and an eye for detail

Strong ability to build and maintain effective client relationships

Demonstrated skillset to manage timeframes and proactively manage priorities within a team

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (written and verbal)
