Principal Associate - Corporate

The role

Mills & Reeve is seeking a Principal Associate in their London Corporate practice for an M&A focused role. This position is for an experienced solicitor with 8+ years of PQE.

What you'll do

• Lead mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions from start to finish, managing day-to-day client relationships and deal delivery
• Draft, negotiate and review key transaction documents across a broad range of corporate matters
• Work on corporate finance, private equity, fundraising, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and strategic corporate advisory work
• Supervise and develop Senior Associates and junior lawyers, ensuring exceptional quality of work and supporting their progression
• Collaborate with colleagues across our national offices and specialist teams to deliver seamless client service
• Play an active role in business development, helping to strengthen client relationships, expand your network and contribute to the growth of the practice
