The role

This role is for a Lawyer with 1+ years of PQE in the Real Estate practice group at Gadens in Canberra. The position is suitable for an individual passionate about property development and eager to make an impact within a leading Australian law firm.

What you'll do

Work independently and as part of a team
Engage directly with clients
Advise clients from the initial stages of acquisition through to development

What we're looking for

Lawyer with 1+ years post-admission experience

Demonstrated working experience in a range of property development transactions

Confident communicator – both written and verbal

Natural relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills

Curious about clients’ industries and quick to develop sector knowledge

Skilled at managing competing priorities and deadlines within a team environment

Collaborative problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
