The role
Mills Oakley is seeking a Lawyer or Associate with 1-5 years of PQE to join their Adelaide-based Property and Projects & Construction team. The role involves working on landmark development projects from acquisition through to delivery, supporting Partner Annoushka Scharnberg.
What you'll do
- Advise on property acquisitions, disposals, and development structuring
- Draft and negotiate contracts including development agreements, construction contracts, infrastructure agreements and leases
- Manage planning and zoning issues, approvals, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct due diligence and risk analysis for development sites
- Provide strategic legal input to support project delivery and commercial outcomes
What we're looking for
