The role
Gilbert + Tobin is seeking a Lawyer, Corporate Advisory (Private M&A) for their Sydney office. This role is for an experienced lawyer with a focus on M&A transactions within a leading corporate advisory practice.
What you'll do
- Work with some of Australia’s top M&A partners on high-profile and market-leading private and public transactions
- Learn and develop both legal and non-legal skills
- Develop strong relationships with clients
