The role

This role focuses on representing lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions, requiring strong drafting skills for transactional documents.

What we're looking for
4-6 years of relevant experience

Excellent academic credentials
Law firm experience
Admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where hired
Experience with construction lending· nice to have

Benefits
Salary range of $310,000 - $390,000 annually
