The role
Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld is seeking an attorney with experience in project development and transactions, focusing on energy and EPC projects, for its Corporate practice group. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in drafting and negotiating key transaction documents and EPC contracts, who can reside in Houston, New York, or Los Angeles.
