Senior Associate - Casualty Injury

The role

Mills & Reeve is seeking a Senior Associate with 4+ years of PQE for their Insurance Disputes National Service Line in Birmingham. This role focuses on managing a caseload of EL and PL claims, including multi-track cases, and assisting with catastrophic injury claims, suitable for experienced casualty injury litigators.

What you'll do

• Run own caseload of EL and PL claims valued well into the Multi Track
• Undertake work on catastrophic injury claims largely arising from industrial accidents
• Assist senior team members on catastrophic injury claims
• Act for direct corporate clients, insurers of commercial entities and other intermediaries
• Supervise junior lawyers including trainees and paralegals
• Assist in team marketing events
• Deliver client seminars
