The role

Simmons & Simmons is seeking an Interim Derivatives Lawyer for its Simmons Adaptive team in London. This role will support the firm's Finance practice group, working on assignments for the firm's clients.

What we're looking for

Qualified lawyer with derivatives experience

Experience with Equity Derivatives

Experience with OTC Derivatives

Experience with Prime Brokerage

Experience with Trading Documentation Negotiation

Excellent organisation skills

Ability to effectively prioritise workloads

Relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)

Problem solver and offer a collaborative approach· nice to have

Able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment· nice to have

Able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines· nice to have

Can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team· nice to have
