The role
Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer LLP is seeking a skilled Intermediate to Senior Litigation Support Paralegal for a one-year contract position in Edmonton, Canada. This role is within the firm's litigation practice and requires over 5 years of experience.
What you'll do
- Oversee and manage client records using the IPRO for Desktop database
- Ensure copies of documentation are properly filed, organized and distributed
- Calendar dates
- Code documents
- Handle exhibits and undertakings
- Assist in the preparation of court documents, briefs, exhibit books, trial materials
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience as a Litigation Support Paralegal
Diploma from a recognized institution
At least 5 years experience with IPRO for Desktop
Experience with Windows 11 (Word, Excel)
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision
