Paralegal - Court of Protection

The role

Irwin Mitchell is seeking a Paralegal for its Court of Protection team in Newcastle. The role helps clients with serious disabilities manage their financial affairs, working with the team's Associates and Partners.

What you'll do

• Take instructions from clients and assist in delivering legal advice, including gathering evidence and progressing matters toward resolution
• Manage caseload tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and client care
• Achieve time recording and fee income targets
• Attend and contribute to team meetings
• Keep up to date with relevant legal developments and attend training
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and colleagues
