Paralegal - Real Estate Litigation at DAC Beachcroft

The role

DAC Beachcroft is seeking a Paralegal with a focus on Real Estate Litigation for their Leeds office. This role supports the national Real Estate group and offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation and transactional matters, interacting directly with clients.

What you'll do

Help with work across pre-litigation work
Support with tribunals in County and High Court proceedings
Handle commercial debt recovery and distressed tenants
Prepare and issue tort notices
Prepare title and lease reports
Prepare break notices
Draft and negotiate lease and other L&T documentation
Provide general assistance to fee earners on a variety of client matters and general support

What we're looking for

Excellent academics including a 2.1 degree or better

At least 6 months in a similar Litigation or Real Estate focussed Paralegal role

A genuine interest in the law and property

Excellent attention to detail

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to produce work to a high standard

Confident with an ability to build strong relationships with clients (internal and external) and third party contacts at all levels

Flexible, organised, and self-motivated team player

Able to work within the team to achieve common goals

Able to work under pressure to meet required deadlines

Experience in Telecomms Real Estate would be advantageous· nice to have
