The role

Borden Ladner Gervais (BLG) is seeking an Associate - Disputes lawyer with 2-4 years of PQE to join their Vancouver office. This role is within the Litigation practice group and focuses on advising and representing clients in a variety of civil, commercial, and regulatory matters.

What we're looking for

2-4 years of civil and/or commercial litigation and regulatory experience

Experience advising and representing clients in environmental, regulatory, natural resource, and transportation-related matters

Experience advising and representing clients on product liability, professional negligence, insurance, health, and privacy-related matters

Experience advising and representing clients on matters before the British Columbia and Federal courts and various administrative tribunals
